Data and account deletion
Service: Paris Manga · IMAHI / Cavinx Studio PM 2026
Cavinx lets you request deletion of data linked to your Paris Manga · IMAHI participation without deleting your Cavinx account. You may also request deletion of your entire Cavinx account and its associated personal data.
Delete only your Paris Manga · IMAHI participation data
To stop participating and delete the related data while keeping your Cavinx account, email contact@cavinx.com from the address connected to your account. Use the subject “Paris Manga IMAHI data deletion request” and include your investigator code if you still have it. Do not send your password.
After your identity has been verified, this request removes or anonymises:
- your investigator registration for the experience;
- your journey and completed-step progress;
- the association between that participation and your Cavinx account.
Your Cavinx account, profile and any purchase or order information remain available and are not deleted by this participation-only request.
Delete your entire Cavinx account
To delete your Cavinx account and the personal data associated with it, email contact@cavinx.com from the address connected to your account. Use the subject “Cavinx account deletion request”. We may ask you to verify your identity before completing the request.
Retention and processing time
We process verified deletion requests without undue delay and normally within one month. Information may be retained when required to comply with legal obligations, complete transactions, prevent fraud, resolve disputes or enforce agreements. Retained information is restricted to those purposes and removed when the applicable retention period ends. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until they are overwritten.
Local data on your device
Data stored only on your phone can be cleared from the application. Uninstalling the app removes its local data but does not by itself submit a request to delete data held by Cavinx.
For more information, read the Cavinx Privacy Policy or contact contact@cavinx.com.
